American Dad Season 7 Episode 18: Will Steve Finally Mature Up?

May 12th, 2012

Steve is too kiddish to have a dad like Stan, who pins high hopes on his ward. Frankly speaking, Steve is the apple of Stan’s eyes. But, his mannerisms, like him playing odd games with his toys in the next scheduled American Dad season 7 episode 18, will again defeat the towering expectations of his father.

Anyway, when he inadvertently behaves silly to make his dad super-worried, our fun-hungry taste buds insanity feel a sensation of satisfaction. Coming to Stan, he never steps back from the challenge to mend the childish ways of his dumb son.

So, what would Stan do this time to make ‘the buffoon’ learn the ways of living like a man.

We have come to know that Steve will be sent straight to Mexico with the hope to mature him up. This good-intentioned trip will get jinxed, but how?

It so happens that Steve and Stan get abducted by some bad men from the crime world. Now the onus in on Steve to forge an escape route for himself and his father.

Aha! This is just the right chance for him to prove that when the things get tough, he has the capability to emerge as a tough man.

A touch Steve????? That is something I have been waiting to watch for ages!

May be, a change is finally on the cards…….

Ricky Spanish to unsettle Roger on American Dad

May 3rd, 2012

Alien on American Dad better known as Roger Smith is someone who can’t be taken for granted, whatever it may be.

It’s not that he is an alien from other world and holds some kind of superpower, but because he has gelled up well with humans, more importantly with the cranky bunch of Smiths.

In American Dad season 7 episode 17, the events of which have already created a hoopla in the entertainment world, we are set to see the same old Roger playing out an act of ultimate hilarity.

Well, before you put him in the dock for being the only one responsible for the mess, let me make it clear that the docile extraterrestrial being would be unsettled by an alter ego named Ricky Spanish.

I think it can be better and more exciting than this-Roger caught in cleft stick!

It’s not yet confirmed either form the spoilers or from the synopsis as how Roger makes it into the scene.

Nonetheless, I will guarantee you that whatever happens, the egghead would bring together heaven and earth, and you won’t help but laugh your lungs out.

I guess, after this revelation, no fan would forget to watch it.

More of humor will roll on when Stan and Francine get a surprise visit. It is no ordinary guest, but their sponsored child from Africa.

Will that topsy-turvy include Roger as well?

Find it out yourself on the coming sequence of world’s funniest animated show from the stable of genius animator Seth Macfarlane.

More to come after ‘Ricky Spanish’ and I can’t wait to witness them. However, before I get to witness the unannounced, I would take a dig at what else Roger alter ego has in store.

Money is not Everything but Something for Everything

March 22nd, 2012

Yes it is, I think for creating that creative and harmonious family one has to have just enough money to sustain a comfortable and meaningful life, this is what each and every family strives for and the Smiths are no different.

Stan being the head of the family works hard and brings in money for the family. Like any other family in the society, this family is functioning as a unit. American Dad! season 7 episode 15 titled Less Money, Mo’ Problems is all about how the concept frugality is also important in order to have a joyful time in the present circumstances. You must watch this segment as Stan is up with a mission to teach Haley and Jeff a very important lesson of life.

In the forthcoming segment, Hayley and Jeff would become a source of problem for Stan and others in the family. He is tired of what all Hayley and Jeff are doing. Apparently, the young couple is totally dependent on Stan’s money.

American Dad! is one series that has shown the face of a typical American family with all the problems they face in everyday life and how they overcome it. Hayley and Jeff are not doing anything valuable and meaningful in life and all they do is live on Stan’s wealth. It is shameful on Jeff’s part that being a guy, he should work and save money for Hayley.

Stan can’t see her daughter suffer like this as it is meaningless and she cannot progress in life like this. He wants to teach the couple a lesson that would instill the principle of working hard and frugal spending. He tells that he and Francine would show them that they can run the house with minimum money. But would it be that easy for them to run the house when everything is so expensive around.

Meanwhile, Roger and Steve have something else on mind. They are all set to test drive the car they have always loved and dreamt of, are they going buy it as well, I wonder.

A cold war between Stan and Steve set to accentuate madness in American Dad

February 1st, 2012

Like me, many fans of American Dad must have witnessed ugly spats between Stan and his son, Steve. But let me tell you that this time it is going to be unwittingly interestingly.

Not that Steve and his father will be at loggerheads in open public, but there will be a cold war kind of aura when the son will get a preference ahead of his father.

American Dad Season 7 Episode 9 is touted to bring some stellar of gags as and when the race of becoming a member of a prestigious golf club gets off the mark.

Stan will be seriously hit when he will come to know that that his son has acquired the membership in the golf club in which he had worked for 3 decades.

Poor American Dad how will take the insult? Will he make an effort to take back that wouldn’t be given to him?

Well I can’t predict his next step! And being a staunch patriot, it is assured that honor matters him most than anything else.

He might get on his son, to avenge his humiliation. But, then there will be a twist. I am not going reveal that and want all of you to watch it.

If the coming segment is going to bring us Stan-Steve banter, American Dad Season 7 Episode 10, the immediate installment, is set to bring another cranky guy-Roger.

That’s true, the alien member of Smith family will be playing the catalyst in that batch of anime. And to tell you more, I must inform that you are going to experience some out-of-the-box fun with trio attempting a hand at a fictional detective agency.

The game of who will be included in the agency and who will be fired is set to draw a long way, bringing some utterly messy situations, perhaps weirdest than what you would witness in Stan-Steve cold war on golf club membership.

Don’t forget to be a witness to all the fun doses in store for you.

Brian Griffin An unsung hero in American Dad

January 11th, 2012

Seth Macfarlane would probably kill me after reading it.

But that won’t stop me from bringing out the truths about one the characters created by him.

Even though Brian is a part of Griffin family, I really feel that it would have made more sense if he were featured as a human being and not a canine.

I wouldn’t say that there weren’t many episodes entirely dedicated to the talking dog, Brain. But each time when the white-furred character appeared, he seemed devoid of the authority of a human being.

With no offense to the great animator, Seth Macfarlane, I feel Brian Griffin certainly needed some more attention.

Watch American Dad online if you want to find how Brian had been the real catalyst to many a humorous instances, yet some other striking characters like Peter or Stewie stole the limelight.

Macfarlane has done that intentionally because it’s only he who can set the priorities on which character deserves greater attention.

BTW, it would be wrong to claim that Brain had been subjected to discrimination entirely. In fact, the creator has put the dog ahead of the human characters by making it a thinking canine, one that can write novels.

I am not saying that the show would draw more attention if Macfarlane converts the anthropomorphic dog into a human, instantly.

It’s just one of my impending perceptions about the characterization of the show. To tell you the truth, I must confess that most of the times, I download the segments to find how the smart dog operates in the midst of dysfunctional Griffins.

It takes a brave-heart out of an animator to convey it that these days, humans don’t have the wits to match the dogs. And Macfarlane is one hell of that lampooner.

It may appear that Brian Griffin is an unsung hero. But that had been done with a purpose to point an accusing finger at the eyes of all those who are a part of pop culture.

Steve Wants To Be All Hunky And Macho!

January 6th, 2012

What! You are kidding me!

No, I am not dude! What the flush!

Well, Steve from American Dad! is all set for a nice makeover. He wants to be a strong guy, basically ‘a man’. Hmmm…. that’s interesting.

The Unbrave One is the title of American Dad! season 7 episode 8, and I am sure you are not going to miss this action-packed installment. I won’t miss it, because it would be once in a blue moon that Steve is attempting something so bizarre.

Get a quick download for yourself to enjoy this installment.

In the upcoming batch, Steve showcases his ardent desire to become a stud. That’s great, for everyone has the right to look good and for fitness’ sake it is, of course, pretty good.

Does Steve want to score over girls? Is this the reason that makes him want to be all super masculine. Well no, he wants to prove to Stan that he can also be good-looking and macho.

Steve is Francine and Stan’s only son, and is a geek. He is very good at Science, particularly Chemistry. He is usually into his own world and is quite unsocial. As a matter of fact, Steve’s role model is his father Stan.

Probably, he now wants to live up to Stan’s expectations. But who is going to help Steve out? Well, it would be none other than Roger. The alien Smith is going to give him some tips, but then they are all clichéd ones.

Steve gets influenced by Roger, and begins to work on his outer appearance. He is all set to look like a superhero. But then,  one has to transform from the core to be a superhero and that core is heart.

In the meanwhile, Francine gets a piece of news that can be devastating for her., and mind it - it can change the destiny of Smiths.

When Hayley Met Jeff, and the Many More After him!

December 9th, 2011

If you look carefully, you will notice that all of the young females in Seth MacFarlane’s shows are portrayed to be promiscuous and fickle-minded. Hayley Smith of American Dad is no exception, for she has been entertaining us for years with her readiness to spring in and out of relationships.

However, we have to give it to the girl for having managed to successfully carry out a long-time relationship with her boyfriend, Jeff. Hayley has always used Jeff as a sort of spring bed, which she can jump back on at anytime, once she gets bored of her other pursuits.

The episode in which Hayley announced that she would be moving in with Jeff, turned out to be one of the funniest sequences of the show, as we soon learnt that Jeff lived in a van, which meant that Hayley was not moving into his house, but into his van. LOL!

If you missed this hilarious chapter, you can watch it now by getting an American Dad download.

However, as expected, their relationship was not meant to last, and it was not long before Hayley called it quits with him. Surprising, the reason was not his lack of a respectable residence or a good job, but instead, the fact that he agreed with whatever she said.

Now that’s a new one! I thought that women are supposed to love men who say yes to all that they want. But well, turns out that women are more complicated than we think, after all!

Hayley’s romantic pursuits then on, have run the gamut from a terrorist and a drug dealer to a woman, proving that when MacFarlane is the creator of a character, there is no end to the absurdities that one can imagine from it.

But well, as they say, true love eventually wins, and that is exactly what we saw happening in the show’s sixth season, as Hayley and Jeff finally exchanged vows. We wonder how long this will last!

A literal tour to American Dad!

December 7th, 2011

Well, don’t think that I am so obsessed by myself, or I am asking for much, but I guess you guys got to thank me for this trait of mine.

I am being so generous, and so-much available for you that I don’t ever skip to make a mention of any important event, information, or recap of the popular comedy series, ‘American Dad’.

I understand your busy schedules, which at times don’t leave any scope for you to watch the anime series, leaving you disappointed!

But not anymore, since I am here with you to keep you posted with every development on the series.

For all those who skipped the fifth chapter of season 7, or those who could not even go for American Dad download thereafter, here is a quick recap, exclusively for you!

‘Virtual In-Stanity’ kick-starts with Stan being tense as Steve seems to have no time for him. At this age, Steve is more inclined to talk to girls, and catch their attention, and therefore Stan takes on the avatar of a busty blond, named Phyllis, to try to capture Steve’s interest, but fails to satisfy him.

Oops!

It seems that parents really have to ponder a lot, and execute endless plans in order to keep their children on track, and near to them.

Steve’s growing intentions of building physical relationship with Phyllis are refuted because she only wants to be friends with him. This causes Steve to pursue a redhead named Chelsea, instead.

Not only Steve is attracted to her, but Chelsea also returns his affection.

Hmm, this episode of American Dad indeed puts Stan, the father of a nerdy school guy Steve, in a real tough situation. He tries to be a good father, but Steve’s behavior brings forth challenges to him.

Phew!

We can be sure that the pace at which the series is going, it will definitely keep entertaining us for years to come!

Stan’s Wife Sets Out To Save Her Marriage!

November 24th, 2011

You can’t see Stan and Francine parting ways, do you?

Well, unfortunately, American Dad S07E06 has some incidents, which are expected to create such an unlikely situation between the husband and the wife.

But don’t worry folks, because Francine won’t let things get out of hand so easily.

When she will come to know that Stan has begun to fall for one of his old crushes, she will pull her socks up.

The matriarch of the family will be seen making a plan to distort the lingering obsession of her husband for his old flame.

But in saving her marriage, she will put Roger in the midst of grave danger, quite unknowingly.

Watch out for that great turn of events in the soon-to-be released segment of the smash hit anime.

The episode titled ‘The Scarlett Getter’ will also bring some more fun, with Steve discovering his good luck in a stupid mistake.

The fun ride of incessant gags and satirical comments will continue in American Dad season 7 episode 7 as well.

And I must tell you that the incidents will compel you to revel in truly festive spirits!

You got that right!

The sequence that follows, ‘The Scarlett Getter’, will bring for you, Stan and Roger as Santa and Jesus respectively.

Imagine Stan as Santa!

OMG!

The dim-witted fellow not just tickles our funny bones with his gags, but his buffoon-look-alike appearance also compels us to break into laughter.

All you die-hard followers of Seth Macfarlane’s masterpiece don’t forget to catch the dysfunctional family, in back-to-back batches of crazy acts!

Stan and Roger are likely to appear in both the ep’s, and it would be interesting to see, if any of them brings a change (apart from putting on the makeup of Santa and Jesus) in their appearance.

More important than anything, I feel that the amount of lampooning is going to cross its barriers.

If Stan- Francine will give way to a hit at the ongoing infidelity in the lives of celebrities, the Christmas-themed installment might take on the misuse of faith in the name of festivities.

What do you think?

He Wants To Be The ‘Best Man’!

November 10th, 2011

Ok. So CIA agent, Stan Smith might have several feats to his credit, but it seems the man is longing for more!

At least that’s what American Dad season 7 episode 4 seems to assert.

Titled The Worst Stan, this installment is due to be aired on November 13, 2011.

A sort of sudden realization dawns upon Stan, when the idea hits him that he hasn’t been a Best Man for anyone! Guess that fans would be more than elated to go for a download of this upcoming batch.

In a bid to bag the role of the Best Man, Stan coerces his single friend, Principal Lewis, to enter into nuptials with the school’s Superintendent (Guest voice Angelica Houston).

One of Lewis’ old pals is also called upon, who, at the moment, is inhabiting the prison.

A good enough comical situation erupts, when it is revealed that this friend of Lewis wouldn’t let him move on from his current status of being single.

Ah! That’s how things are in Stan’s life.

Meanwhile, Ricky Martin would be donning the part of guest voice artist, as he comes forth and makes Roger develop doubts about himself!

Even more hilarious would be the succeeding installment, wherein Stan would be going a step ahead to strengthen bonds with his son, Steve.

Well, one ought to go for American Dad season 7 episode 5 once it is aired, and catch up with this daddy of sorts, trying to introduce a blonde into the life of his son!

What? That’s really crass!
