American Dad Season 3
The third season of the series American Dad premiered on 30th September 2007. In the first episode, Francine insists for a real vacation, when she finds out that all the earlier vacations have been artificially created in the family’s memory. Stan becomes a parking attendant and uses his power to get away with almost anything. Stan makes the life of his atheist friend miserable to make him believe in the existence of God. Stan tries to find Francine’s real parents as she is displeased at having her foster parents at home. Stan reveals that Hayley had been brainwashed by CIA when she was a child and uses her trigger word to control her and stop her from going to France. In a poker game with the guys, it is revealed that Stan has never killed anyone and therefore Roger and guys decide to help him make the first kill.
Francine decides against Stan’s protests to be the surrogate mother for the baby of their gay neighbors. Meanwhile, Klaus vows to take terrible revenge for the prank Steve and Roger play on him. Stan dies while searching for a perfect Christmas tree, but is desperate to come back to earth when he learns that his family is in danger. Francine tries to reunite Stan and Roger after their big fight by faking the kidnapping of Roger, but he does not show up with the ransom money. Stan is on a mission to stop Roger from creating a movie that is so sad, that anyone who watches it will cry himself to death. Francine feels threatened by Stan’s mom who after having been dumped by her latest boyfriend comes to Stan for support. When Francine asks her husband to be more open to her emotionally, he socks her by confessing that he has killed her best friend’s husband. Stan finds out that his new next door neighbor, who tries to turn him into a communist, is in fact a former agent of the KGB. In a twist of events, Roger finds himself heading the Alien Task Force in disguise and is forced to identify Stan as an alien to protect his own identity. Stan, after his official death and then coming back to life wants to leave behind a legacy and so decides to go in search of the legendary buried treasure. In the final episode of the season, Roger invites Spring Breakers to party at Smith household in the absence of Francine, when Stan is smitten by a sexy booze-cruiser.

This was the season’s 10th episode and was aired on 13th January 2008. In this episode, Stan has a mission to stop Roger from making a movie that can kill people. The movie is supposed to be so sad that anyone who watches it will kill himself by crying till he is dead. So Stan applies various tactics to stop roger from making this movie.
